Data Deletion Request

What data we hold

When you register for a HerSale Academy event, we store your first name, email address, and phone number (if provided). We also store basic tracking information such as how you found the event (UTM parameters). This data is used solely to send you event communications and follow-up training content.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the tools we use to deliver the event (GoHighLevel for email, Zoom for the live session).

How to request deletion

To have your data removed from our systems, send us an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address you registered with. We will delete your record within 7 business days and confirm by reply.

Facebook / Meta data

If you arrived at our page via a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may have tracked your visit through our Meta Pixel. To manage or delete data held by Meta, visit your Off-Facebook Activity settings in your Facebook account.

Submitting a deletion request to us removes your data from our CRM and email systems. It does not affect data held independently by Meta, Google, or other platforms.
